The Town is a pleasant short Coastal Walk (15 minutes walk) from the property and offers a range of Pubs, Shops and Eateries, as well as the busy Harbour. However, the real draw of Curlew 1 and The Cove development; is that it lies in a more secluded part of town, with quieter beaches and one of which is just a stones’ throw from the property’s front door. Keen walkers will also love that there is direct access to the South West Coast Path from the property.
On arrival at the property, guests will be able to appreciate the beauty of the area immediately, to coin a phrase “Location Location Location”. The magnificent open-plan lounge / kitchen / diner which boasts sliding doors allowing guests to extend this space out onto the balcony area. After a day of exploring relax in the lounge area on the sofas and enjoy a film on the TV / DVD. The dining area is located between the lounge and the stylish kitchen where guests can readily make themselves at home which is equipped with everything you require, including a top quality electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The first of the property’s two bedrooms is situated next to the lounge and has a double bed, with TV and door leading out onto the balcony, whilst the second bedroom is a twin with TV/DVD. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom offering a shower over bath and WC.

- The site of The Cove is monitored by CCTV, also the exterior of the property. This is the only property on the Site with it’s own dedicated CCTV system.

- There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £100 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25 indemnity payment. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
